1. Overview
By joining the AI Teapot waitlist or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service. AI Teapot is a consumer product sold by AI Teapot, Inc.
2. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee availability. Batch 02 pricing, availability, and release timing will be announced to waitlist members first. You may unsubscribe at any time.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Shipping and handling terms are provided at checkout.
4. Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Contact support for return authorization.
5. Limitations
AI Teapot is designed for brewing tea. The product is not a general-purpose artificial intelligence system. Any resemblance to frontier AI terminology is part of the product experience.
